Ballet
With the economy being sluggish and depressing and more time on my hands, I decided to take a ballet class at the community college to keep from feeling the same way. My body hurts in places where I forgot I had muscles! The class is challenging not only for the body but great for the mind as well. I’m even feeling more alert these days with a little more pep in my step! Not to mention that my posture is improving big time! Here’s a tip….if you want a great darriere for bathing suit season, I suggest taking a dance class like ballet, you’ll have buns of steal with a totally toned body you’ll be proud of!
